Designing spaces for families to gather is one of my favorite tasks. This large property with four bedrooms, a guest house and a pool near lake access was no exception. We designed this STR with extended gatherings in mind. A large open concept gave us an opportunity to offer something for everyone in the party. A game room with pool table and arcade game, coffee bar with cafe seating off the kitchen, a large dining table with bench seating, and a comfy living room for movies and board games. The private bedrooms all carry the colors and feeling of a modern lake house throughout the space with details down to trundle beds for the kiddos, and a sound machine with the pack and play.
